Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dedev.co (the "Site"), operated by dedev LLC ("dedev", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
  • Use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site, except for legitimate search-engine and AI-crawler indexing as permitted by our robots.txt
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site

2. Services

dedev provides mobile app development services, including design, build, testing, release, and ongoing support. The Site is informational. Any engagement for development services is governed by a separate written agreement between dedev LLC and the client ("Engagement Agreement"). Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services on specific terms; pricing displayed on the Site (including the cost calculator) is illustrative only and is not a binding quote.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, code, images, case studies, and the dedev name and brand — is owned by dedev LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for fair use under applicable law.

4. Submissions and feedback

If you submit ideas, feedback, suggestions, or other materials to us through the Site ("Submissions"), you grant dedev a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and otherwise exploit such Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to you. We do not treat Submissions as confidential unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to or embeds from third-party services (such as Calendly, Google, PostHog, and others). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. dedev is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF CONTENT. dedev DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL dedev LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). LIABILITY UNDER ANY ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY THAT AGREEMENT, NOT BY THESE TERMS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dedev LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which dedev LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
