The founder story
dedev was founded in 2023 by Muhammad Aqib, a technical founder with 7+ years of mobile development experience. After shipping mobile apps for clients across fitness, e-commerce, automotive, and faith-based startups — including the Toyota Connect Middle East app and Amino Move — Muhammad wanted to build a company built around direct collaboration between clients and engineers.
Most agencies are sales-first: glossy pitch decks, account managers between you and the engineers, and a slow drip of "we'll get back to you." dedev is engineering-first. You talk to the developers building your product. The founder is technical and writes code on every project. We say no to engagements we can't deliver well.
