PRICING
Transparent pricing.
Instant estimate.
Compare indicative MVP packages, explore a custom app budget, or estimate individual features. We confirm scope, exclusions and a fixed price in your written proposal.
How we price
We price mobile app development two ways. Fixed price for MVPs: we scope the feature list together on a free call, lock the price, and split it into milestones. If the build takes longer than estimated, that's our problem — not your invoice. Our indicative MVP packages range from $5,000 to $12,000, with a 2–8 week planning range. Larger products, complex integrations and additional release stages are quoted separately.
Hourly for team extension: senior Flutter, React Native, and full-stack engineers embedded in your team at $45/hr, billed weekly, pause or stop anytime. See Team Extension for how that engagement works.
Compare proposals against the same scope: design, mobile app, backend, testing, store submission and support. Shared-codebase development can reduce duplicated work, but integrations, platform-specific behavior and QA still affect your budget.
What the MVP package includes
The following are included in the agreed MVP package scope. Discovery and scoping calls are free — including the written proposal, even if you don't hire us. Our own mistakes are free — if a bug ships in something we built, fixing it costs you nothing, during the project and for 30 days after launch. Source code is included. Your signed agreement defines IP transfer, payment conditions, third-party licenses and handover before work starts. And communication is included — daily standups, weekly demo videos, and direct Slack access to the engineers don't appear on the invoice.
Indicative MVP packages
- ▸Single platform
- ▸3–5 core features
- ▸Firebase/Supabase backend
- ▸Store submission
- ▸iOS + Android
- ▸Auth, push, analytics
- ▸Backend integration
- ▸Store submission + 30-day support
- ▸iOS + Android
- ▸Agreed integrations
- ▸Scoped backend / admin
- ▸Store submission + 30-day bug fixes
Every package includes the agreed UI/UX design, QA on real devices, submission to the stores for your selected platforms, source code and 30 days of fixes for bugs in the agreed scope. Store fees, hosting and third-party services are separate. Timelines depend on scope, timely feedback and store review; approval is controlled by Apple and Google. Details on the MVP Development page.
What affects the cost
Number of platforms
iOS only, Android only, or both. A shared codebase can reduce duplicated development, but each platform still needs testing, integration work and store submission.
Feature count and depth
Feature depth matters more than a simple count. Payments, chat, maps and offline sync can each change the engineering and testing effort. Complex flows may exceed the MVP package range.
Backend complexity
Firebase or Supabase keeps costs low. A custom API, admin dashboard, or third-party integrations (CRM, ERP, payment gateways) add backend engineering time.
Design requirements
Clean standard UI is included. Heavy custom animation, complex design systems, or brand-new design language adds Figma and implementation time.

Choose the right engagement
Commission a complete app, start with a focused MVP, or add engineering capacity to a team you already manage.
| Complete app build | Focused MVP | Team extension | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best fit | A business commissioning a complete product | A founder testing one essential user journey | An existing team needing extra capacity |
| Budget | Proposal based on your scope and integrations | Indicative packages from $5k–$12k; scope agreed first | $45/hr for agreed engineering work |
| Delivery | Design, development, QA and agreed store submissions | A scoped first release, with design and launch support | Engineers work in your repos and delivery process |
| Timeline | Milestones set after discovery | 2–8 week planning range, depending on scope | Capacity and start date agreed before engagement |
| Ownership and handover | Source code and IP terms in your signed agreement | Source code and IP terms in your signed agreement | Work in your codebase under the engagement terms |

Ballpark your project cost
Estimate selected work items, not a complete MVP package. A written proposal confirms the full scope and fixed price.
The calculator is a standalone feature estimate, not an add-on bill for the packages. Do not add it to a package price: design, QA and agreed store submissions are already included there. Unselected work, hosting and third-party fees are not included in this total.
