HOW WE WORK
How we work.
Full transparency.
Most app projects fail on communication, not code. Our process is built so you always know what shipped yesterday, what's being built today, and whether the deadline is safe — without having to ask.

The seven practices, in detail
The timeline above is what every engagement looks like in practice. Here's what each practice means for you as a client — the tools, the cadence, and what lands in your inbox.
Jira board, shared from day one
Real-timeYou get full access to the same Jira board the engineers use — not a sanitized client view. Every feature is a ticket with a status, an owner, and an estimate, so "how is it going?" is a question you can answer yourself at 2am.
You get: Live board access, sprint plan per milestone
Weekly demo videos
Every weekEvery Friday you receive a screen-recorded walkthrough of the app running on a real device, narrated by the engineer who built it. No slide decks, no "trust us" — working software you can forward to your co-founder or investors.
You get: Recorded demo + build you can install
Daily standups
DailyA short written or call-based standup every working day: what shipped yesterday, what's next, what's blocked. You're invited but never required — the notes land in Slack either way.
You get: Standup notes in your Slack channel
Daily team sync
DailyInternally, the engineers and the founder sync every day on architecture decisions and risk. Problems get caught while they cost hours, not weeks — this is a big part of why 90% of our projects land on time.
You get: Risks flagged to you early, not at the deadline
Daily git pushes
DailyCode is pushed to a repository you own or have access to, every single day. If we disappeared tomorrow, you would lose nothing. This is also your insurance against the classic agency failure mode: a final-week "big reveal" that misses the mark.
You get: Full commit history in your repo
Direct Slack access
InstantA shared Slack channel with the actual engineers — not an account manager relaying messages. Questions get answered in minutes during working hours, and decisions are written down where everyone can see them.
You get: Shared channel, typical response under 1 hour
QA reports every two days
Every 2 daysStructured QA passes on real iOS and Android devices throughout the build — not a single test crunch at the end. Each report lists what was tested, what broke, and what was fixed, so quality is visible long before launch week.
You get: Written QA report with device matrix
Week by week: a typical 6-week MVP
Every project is scoped individually — lean MVPs ship in 2–3 weeks, complex ones take up to 8 — but a standard build follows this shape. See pricing for what each tier includes.
- Week 0
Discovery & scoping
Free 30-minute call. We define the feature list together, cut what an MVP does not need, and send a written fixed-price proposal with milestones. You sign off before anything starts.
- Week 1
Design
Figma wireframes first, then high-fidelity screens for every flow. You review and approve the designs — changes are cheap here and expensive later, so we get this right before writing code.
- Weeks 2–5
Build
Flutter development in milestone-sized chunks: core flows first, integrations second, polish last. Daily standups and git pushes, weekly demo videos, QA reports every two days. You watch the app grow feature by feature.
- Week 6
QA & store submission
Full regression pass on real devices, store assets and listings prepared, then App Store and Google Play submission — including handling reviewer feedback until both stores approve.
- After launch
Handoff & support
Source code, documentation, and IP transfer are yours. Bugs found in the first 30 days are fixed free. If you want to keep building, we continue at $45/hr or scope the next fixed-price milestone.
Built for remote collaboration
We work with founders across the US, Europe, and the Middle East, so the whole process is asynchronous-first: standup notes, demo videos, QA reports, and the Jira board all work on your schedule, not ours. Live calls — kickoff, weekly reviews, and anything urgent — are scheduled inside agreed overlap hours with your timezone.
The same process applies whether we're building your MVP end to end or our engineers are embedded in your team through team extension — you always get the standups, the pushes, and the paper trail.
