We agree on a written feature list before the project starts and lock the price against it. If the build takes longer than we estimated, that's our cost — your invoice doesn't change. If you want to add features mid-project, we scope them as a separate, clearly priced milestone so the original agreement stays intact.

Yes. The 30-minute scoping call and the written fixed-price proposal that follows are free, whether or not you hire us. If an agency build is not the right next step, we will explain the alternatives.

Fixed-price MVPs are split into milestones — typically a kickoff payment, one or two mid-project milestones tied to demos, and a final payment at handoff. Team extension is billed weekly for hours worked, and you can pause or stop anytime. Details are on the pricing page.

Our scoped MVP packages have a 2–8 week planning range. Your timeline depends on the core workflows, integrations, platforms, feedback and store review. Larger products receive a separate delivery plan.

For team extension, a senior engineer can be in your standup within 48 hours. For fixed-price MVPs, kickoff usually happens within a week of signing the proposal — design starts immediately after.

Yes — submission and reviewer feedback are included for the stores in your agreed scope. Developer account fees are separate. Apple and Google control review timing and approval.

Every MVP includes 30 days of free bug fixes after launch. Beyond that, you can keep building with us at $45/hr, scope the next fixed-price milestone, or take the codebase fully in-house — you own the source and documentation either way.

We choose the mobile stack around your product, integrations and existing team. Options include Flutter and React Native, with platform-specific development where needed. Our backend stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, and Supabase. We deploy to AWS and GCP.

Yes. We can scope an iOS app, an Android app, or both. Shared-codebase development can reduce duplicated work, but each platform still requires testing and store submission. The proposal lists the included platforms.

You receive the project source code. The signed agreement defines IP transfer, payment conditions, third-party licenses and handover; we review these before work starts.
